How to change the ownership of a fan page on Facebook ? Update 2

Go to your Page and click on Edit Page at the right side of Page just below Page picture .
A new window will appear and there click Manage Admins  . You will see the following window

From here you can add and remove Admins . Now make the person admin to whom you want to transfer the page ownership and then ask that person to login and delete you from Admins and he will become the owner of the page .

1. You need to have 25 Fans or more before you can create a custom URL.
2. Also once you create this custom URL you can not change it.
Note : You need a mobile phone as facebook requires verification via text.
